Newroz Ki Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Newroz Ki service (“Ki”, “Service”), provided by Newroz Telecom (“Newroz Telecom”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through the Newroz mobile application and related digital platforms.

Ki is powered by Allai Newroz Telecom.

By accessing or using Ki, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

  1. Eligibility and Access
  • Ki is available to registered Newroz Telecom users only.
    • Users must have an active Newroz account and may be required to remain logged in to continue using the Service.
    • No additional eligibility restrictions apply unless stated otherwise in-app.
  1. Token-Based Usage Model

Ki is provided under a token-based usage model.

3.1 What is a Token?

A token is a digital usage unit that enables you to submit questions, upload files, or use features inside Ki. Token consumption may vary depending on:

  • message length
    • response length
    • uploaded files/media
    • complexity of requests

3.2 Token Balance

  • Your token balance will be displayed inside the Newroz App home screen or within the Ki interface.
    • In this phase, Newroz Telecom may provide a free token balance to eligible users.
    Newroz Telecom may modify token allocation policies at any time.
  1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Ki responsibly and not for harmful or prohibited purposes.

4.1 Prohibited Content & Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from using Ki to create, request, generate, upload, or share:

  • Hate speech, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content
    • Sexual, adult, pornographic, or explicit content
    • Political content
    • Fraud, scams, phishing, hacking, or any criminal/illegal activity
    • Impersonation, identity deception, or misleading content
    • Any content that violates applicable laws or regulations

Newroz Telecom reserves the right to take action against violations.

  1. File Uploads and Media Use

Ki supports uploading and processing documents and media under the following limits:

  • Maximum file size: 20MB per file
    • Supported formats: All common formats, including images, PDFs, and documents
    • Maximum attachments per message: 5 files (images or documents)

Newroz Telecom may update upload limits or supported formats at any time to ensure performance and security.

  1. Data Storage and Retention

By creating a Newroz Telecom account and using Ki, you acknowledge and agree that certain data may be collected and retained to provide, operate, and improve the service.

Service Provider Notice

Ki is a service provided by Allia Newroz Telecom and is made available to users through the Newroz Telecom application.

All data is handled securely within the service infrastructure of Allia Newroz Telecom, in accordance with applicable data protection standards.

Data may be retained only for as long as necessary to support service functionality, continuity, security, and improvement, unless otherwise required by law or updated in this policy as required by Iraqi law and KRG law.

  1. Privacy and User Consent

Ki is a feature provided as part of Newroz Telecom services. By using this feature, you understand and agree to the following:

  • Your interactions and submitted content may be processed as part of delivering the service
    Newroz Telecom may use this data to operate, support, improve, and ensure the proper functioning of Ki
    • You remain fully responsible for the content you choose to submit through the service
  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ki is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

Newroz Telecom does not guarantee that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted
    • Responses will be accurate, complete, or error-free
    • The service will meet all user expectations

Ki is an automated assistant and may produce incorrect or incomplete outputs.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Newroz Telecom is not responsible for any damages arising from reliance on responses provided by Ki
    • Users remain fully responsible for decisions made based on Ki outputs
    Newroz Telecom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  1. Service Updates, Changes & Availability

Newroz Telecom may:

  • update the Ki experience
    • change features
    • introduce new token rules
    • modify supported formats
    • discontinue the Service temporarily or permanently

Newroz Telecom is not obligated to provide notice in every case.

  1. Violations and Enforcement

If Newroz Telecom believes a user has violated these Terms, it may take actions including:

  • warnings
    • restricting access
    • suspending or terminating the Service

If a user violates these terms whether directly or indirectly, the user shall be obligated to pay compensation and any imposed penalties in accordance with the laws of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and the Republic of Iraq.

  1. Updates to Terms

Newroz Telecom may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Ki after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
